We work with National Awarding Bodies to provide high quality teaching and learning. The University Centre works with Sheffield Hallam University (SHU) and University of Huddersfield (UOH) as awarding bodies and Pearson as an awarding organisation. The majority of our degree courses are validated by Sheffield Hallam University.

Through the UK Educational Partnerships team, SHU provides an agile and flexible service designed to create the circumstances that enable the University to collaborate effectively with its partners and stakeholders. The results are tailored, partner focused solutions enabling broadening access and progression through franchised and validated higher education courses.
SHU work in partnership with a number of Further Education Colleges and specialist educators to provide a wide range of courses such as Foundation Degrees, Certificates of Higher Education (Cert HE), full degrees and Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs).
